Propex heater prob

Hi all Had my first outing last weekend. Fired up the heater stayed on for an hour turned off for an hour then it tried to fire back up and nothing. Gas is full Pilot light is on No noise from the hester trying to start and draw the gas. Any suggestions Still won't work up to last night

Do you know what model the heater is,
The Uk service number is +44 (0) 23 8052 8555. They are usually able to identify the probelm.

is the battery up , and loads of gas in the bottle?

Ye full battery and plenty of gas. Had a fry and made 2 dinners off the job the following night
