Don't smoke in the morning or during the day for some reason.
That's why I love that first smoke at 8 pm with a glass of fizzy water and orange (couldn't hack beer every day) in front of the telly. Can't beat it.
And tonight with a six-pack and vodka.
Been good for so long, time to do some serious damage.

In the dark night, outside, looking up at the sky, the first one in the morning, after eating a meal or after a cup of tea and after or during a drink.

The Worst:

There never is one but probably when I'm hungover or have a really dry mouth. Also smoking on the crapper crappier and in the shower is usually disappointing.

Hehe, the former due to the risk of explosion.
The latter: switch to baths, works much better or attach little cocktail umbrella to cigarette, sorted!
Worst place to smoke: Church maybe?:p Well the priest was waving that huge smoky thingy around, I figured I won't make a difference now!;)

I have 3 favourite times of equal measure so can't pick one. So in no particular order

After a ride
After a meal
That first when I get up.

When having a few in the pub after a stressful day.

I least enjoy one when I'm on foot and in a hurry to get somewhere, I have to be in a stationary position to really savour the smoke.

I have always hated my first smoke in the morning, just never feels the same.

However the smoke I have with a cup of tea before I start work is always the best one. Goes down so smooth and wakens me up. Tea always compliments a smoke in my opinion.

I'v a few favorites to be honest, the first one with a few pints is always nice.
Also with a cup of coffee or on a long drive a ciggarette is always enjoyable.
And we all like one after sex don't we?
