A bunch of Andoid apps are 50c today to welcome people to Google Play

    Google Play 50c apps
Today we’re launching Google Play, an integrated destination for apps, books, movies, and music, accessible to users on Android devices and to anyone on the Web. As part of this launch, Google Play replaces and extends Android Market — users everywhere can now find their favorite apps and games in Google Play, with other digital content, all in one place.

    Thanks OP

Always remember to check what permissions you are giving them when you seek these apps.

Thanks OP, I ended up getting MSecure for 49cents. Was recommeded and at that price, worth checking out.

Another superior thing about Android is when you pay for an app and realize it's absolute kack you can uninstall it and get a refund.

It looks like it doesn't run on most tablets based on the reviews section for that app. It seems to have just been designed with phones in mind.

Mine's got custom firmware on it and it said it was compatible with mine (bit of a hack-job. It's an Ainol Aurora disguised as a Samsung GT-P6210 i think). So it should work. Suppose I'll see when i get home tonight. In the end, it's only 50c.

Older versions of both I think.
Its funny I got both from Getjar and when I run the android market oh mean 'Google Play' updater it shows me updates for both but wont allow them to download as I didn't get them from there market place.

What makes you trust google checkout less than paypal?

I would never use paypal again if it was an option!

it's enough they have all my emails, documents and all the marketing data. I don't like putting all eggs in the same basket.

Its a very secure basket. 2 step verification and authorised machines/devices gives me the confidence to use google day to day and not worry about compromised data.
