    UPC TV Service is down in Walkinstown for past 4 hours..no info from UPC..can anyone help ?

    im sick to my back teeth of this ****box of a company,they are uselss,my internet phone and tv have all been terrible since changing t them,constant problems.the whole lot is gone again today,my two digital boxes have never worked right either,reception is **** and i wouldnt bother my arse ringing them if i were you,no help whatsoever

    I agree, UPC customer support is by a distance the worst Ive dealt with in this country, but in the case of the OP theres not a lot of point asking on boards about a service outage; speak with UPC as they are the only people who can fix it or advise what the problem is.

    IMO their customer service has improved recently. Did you ring them? Is your problem fixed? For what it's worth, no probs here in Templeogue, not a million miles away.

    rang them again yesterday before posting that comment and got the usual "we're working on the line near you so call back after 6 if its still bad" in other words ill be finished work at that time and wont have to listen to you!!every time i call them i get the same answer,working on the line,try later.thats no good to me when iv a home business to run and rely on my phone and internet during the day.Do they think every one is out during the day and dont need the services they pay dearly for?
