I have sent a nearly 3 certs now at this stage and Ive heard NOTHING. And
Im really stuck for cash, what can I do?

Call in to your local CWO and apply for SWA while you are waiting for your claim to be processed http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/social_welfare_payments/supplementary_welfare_schemes/supplementary_welfare_allow.html

Go to the Community Welfare Officer once you have a live claim pending and they will be able to see that on the computer, then he should be able to sort something out for you.

Actually forget the whole thing, Im sick of the hypocrisy of this place, all against the sopa but you cant seem to get free speech.
