audi a4 seat belt missing?

    so we bought it second hand and private. its a 2005 audi a4 newer type. we discovered today that where the seatbelt connects into its lock in the middle seat in the back is missing. the seat belt itself is there but thelock thing is missing. we never saw this when buying it private. whats the best thing to do with it now. how much would audi main dealer cost to put one in roughly would ye think? i take it would fail the nct next year with it this way.
