    Hi,

I need a radio code for my 00 megane. It's a genuine renault radio, but I need the radio code. Really don't want to pay to get it as it's just a cheap runabout and I'm also quite cheap. :D

when I had a megane, I rang one dealership and they tried to charge me so i chanced my arm with another place and they called me back with a code over the phone for free!

Ive never been charged for it, just ring the dealer give them your VIN, they should give you the code. If they dont, hang up ring another garage. Ive done it about 3 times with 3 different manufacturers, one of them Renault. never was asked or suggested that i pay.

Had a Laguna that liked to flatten batteries for sport. Same as above, never had any issues, nor was i charged from dealer geting the radio code.
