    Hi all,

    Is there any bike shops within a 15 mile radius of Ashbourne? I need to find a LBS that is easy to hand instead of travelling to dundrum everytime. Cheers.

    OK, I haven't been into the one in Ratoath, just pass it now and then, but I found Humphries work and prices OK.

    Cyclize = great

    Bradys = wouldnt go near that place ever again. Bought my mtb in 2010 from them . Brought it back for a check up- cables tightened service etc. Polish lad in there started arguing with me as to why i was coming back to him for a check up! Great customer service.......not!

    Have dealt with andy in cyclize, virginia. Absolute gentleman and thorough. Would safely bet the navan shop will be the same.

    I got a second hand road bike serviced there. The price was on the expensive side, but I found the bike was returned pretty tight, so was a good experience.

    Not a shop, but there's a man on Cherry Lane (opposite the Community Centre/school) who repairs bikes part time. He's been there for years. I got gears adjusted there recently, and they seem to be working fine since.

    I can PM you his number if you want to try him instead of Brady's.

    Richies in Swords would be my choice. I moved from Ashbourne 6 months ago and that was my shop of choice while I lived there

    Micky in Cyclize Navan is sound and they fixed a wheel for me a couple of times, but I usually go to The Cycle Centre in Navan. He usually has a lot more in stock and the mechanic seems quite thorough.
