getlenses.ie -- very slow - is this normal?

    I ordered J&J Accuvue TruEye on 27/02/2012 from getlenses.ie.

    The lenses came up as having shipped, but there was no more tracking details i.e. it looked like they'd just generated a shipping label.

    Then, I got an email saying they weren't in stock and that they were waiting for them from the manufactuer.

    Now, once again it's switched to that status of what looks like they've generated a shipping label, but there's no more details on the tracking so I don't know if they've shipped of it's another false alarm.

    Does it normally take this long, or is this just some kind of a glitch?

    I'm not very impressed!
