I'm applying for a job and they're looking for my academic transcript. What is that exactly? Is it the large page that I received after I graduated or is it the list of modules and grades I got at the end of every year in college?

What Tom Dunne said. It depends on the college but I got a few copies printed for free soon after finishing as my student card was still valid. 20E a pop otherwise!
