Ive been the treasurer of my local GAA club for the last year and a bit.
The question is should i put this on my CV? And if so where should i put it?
It hardly belongs in experience or in education.
    Any opinions welcome

I'd put it on. It shows good social / organisation skills. Maybe extra curricular activities.

I'd definitely put it on, and as Webmonkey suggested - "extra curricular activities" / "other interests" at the bottom of the CV.
