It's my neighbours birthday soon and he is golf mad. Loves it. :)

He's been very good to my family so I was wondering if there is anything interesting related to golf that I could buy him.

Are there any tournaments coming up in the summer ?

Perhaps an autograph of a famous golfer would be a good present.

Please feel free to throw out a few more ideas.

    TIA

A voucher for the proshop where he plays would be good.

You left out the most important parameter. How much dosh do you want to spend on him? Hugely influential on the answer! :)

Yup it's pretty important, I would suggest if he dose not already have one a Scotty Cameron putter. Just would have to find out what style he likes.

Even if he did not like to play with it, they are lovely in their own right and very collectible, definitely a club that you could keep for sentimental value.

    A tad expensive though.

A voucher can be nice but a bit meh.

my advice would be to go with the voucher.... plus a nice glove, a box of three titleist pro V1 golf balls, and maybe also a nice leather scorecard holder ( theyre pretty cheap on ebay).

    Thanks for all the replies.

I asked his wife what he wanted and it was fairly simple so I went to the Pro shop but they didn't do vouchers due to stocking a limited range. Therefore I got a voucher elsewhere. A bit plain but it will fill his needs. :)
