    I do not know about the "Tesla PMD"
    but there is an emulator of the Soviet computers: Bashkiria-2M, Agat-7, Apogee, BC-0010 BC-0011M, Vector-06C, Vector Start-1200 Irisha, Corvette, Face, Lions PK-01, Micro 80, Microsha, Orion 128, Orion pro Partner, 6128ts PC, PC 8000 Surat / West / Hobby, Radio-86RK, Specialist, Specialist, MX, Junior, UT-88

    I remember playing this.
