    I've seen them in there in the past, however, they should not, unless brand new in unopened packaging ~ It's a rule I understand. Still, if you are passing.

    Tis. I'd say you'd be best using adverts or the like. Those shops give terrible amounts for things.

    Try Echo Free Ads. I usually get more responses from that than Adverts.
