internet radio unable to load Midwest radio

i have a roberts internet radio, it is unable to load Midwest radio. is their anyone else having a similar issue and if so how was it resolved. As far i am aware it can pick up all other channels

Not a broadband issue. Contact the operator is the only thing I can think of.
