JJB Sports in Blanchardstown Centre used to have a stock of bat and gloves. It's been over a year since I was there so I don't know if they still do though nor do I know what kind of quality they'd be

I have used both http://covee.nl/ and http://www.forelle.com/ for ordering baseball equipment. Both are pretty decent sites.
