Hi All, I'm going on a cheap and cheerful holiday in May and was wondering what is the best way to get from Krakow to Budapest. Is there a train? Any previous experience advise would be much appreciated. Thanks :)

There is the "EasyHotel" in Budapest which pretty cheap and is part of the Easyjet group, easybus etc.

I myself stayed at the Hotel Budapest which is a circular soviet era building but was pretty good with a tram stop outside which connects you to the Underground a few hundred meters down the street. I think was around €40/night back in 2009, check lastminute.com I booked it with them.
