I'm having problems with download speeds - I'm on the 24mb Simply Broadband package with Magnet however, the best speed I seem to be able to enjoy is 3.5mb. Magnet have set up a profile on my line to guarantee a consistent speed of 3.5mb however this is a far cry from the 24mb I've signed up to. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any recommendations on what I can do next? Ps. I've been very impressed with Magnet's customer service!
