Hi I am currently on a training course in work. There is a 2 year bond with a 4k penalty if I leave the company. My question is if I am made redundant will I have to pay the 4k? Thanks in advance

Normally, No, but read your HR training procedure.

The bond usually applies when an employee chooses to leave.

If fired or let go this would not be the case
