Hello everyone I'm getting my first tattoo in a few weeks and live in Galway and was wondering where would be best to get it done?

I had a friend get a tattoo in AWOL in Galway City and she said it was perfect and that she'd go back there happily. I've also heard Victor Tattoo is good, though the only experience I have there is getting my septum done.

What are you getting done? Galway Bay Tattoo do excellent black and white portraits, better than anywhere else in Galway I've seen. Victor and Ink Fingers are also good places. I think AWOL is good too, some of his Cartoon/pin up stuff is excellent, but I haven't seen as much complex work from there as a lot of the other places eg. portaits, life like, etc, so it's hard to compare. They all have Facebook pages anyway, for you to decide...There are a few others in Galway but the places I've mentioned are the only ones I'd think of using for good reasons.

I've looked on them few place Facebook pages and as u said it hard to compare, I've seen nothin with Celtic or tribal designs and I've read that the knots in Celtic designs can be difficult to do and to get an artist who has lot of experience with Celtic designs, a lot of pics I looked at there seem like cartoons
