I know this is a really stupid question so i apologise in advance

How the f**k do u adjust the left & right mirrors on a 06 polo? dere is a button on the inside of the door but its for heated mirrors. car manual tells u nothing - useless.

another question ( hopefully not as ridiculous) central locking button on key wont work, r they expensive to fix?

    any advice wud be appreciated!

centeral locking could be down to a flat battery in the keyfob or the fob may need reprograming.
what kind of button is on the door for the mirrors?

    AFAIK the button has 3 positions - "heat", "L" & "R".

In "L" or "R" mode the button works like a joy-stick for the mirror corresponding to "L" or "R"

If button doesn't work then it'll be some electrical problem in the door / controller.

+1. Did all Polos have electric mirrors? Maybe there's manual controls beside each mirror?

It's normally the light blue one, 15 amps.

No problem, you're welcome. If it's any consolation I feel stupid several times an hour. :)

Fuse box is on the driver side, in between where the dash meets the door. Open the door, and it's the flat plastic bit of the dash. You'll need a key or something to pop it open.

yeah i know where that is but just wondering is there another place for spare fuses
