Landlady Deposit Query

    sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

    I have a question about my lease. I moved into a room in a house about 2 years ago, 18 months ago I was the only one of the original house that was left and the landlady asked me to sign a lease. I signed a 12 month lease. The landlady does not have any dealing with any new people moving in and the other 3 people in the house have moved in in the last year. Anyway, I hope to move out at the end of this month but I am nervous about if the landlady withholds our deposit. The house is in the same condition that it was in at the same time that everyone moved in and all utilities are up to date. If i cannot find someone new to move in, does she have a right to keep the full house deposit, even though all the individual tenants gave their share of the deposit to the person they were replacing?
