underground ducting for cables

    Can someone point me in the direction of ducting guidence for underground cables

    a) for power

    I have read the above - but does this also apply for power my side of the meter (e.g. to septic tank pump)

    b) guidence for
    ducting for TV, Cat 5, etc

    Get the esb info off your local office, must be right. As for tv, cat 5 I suppose it depends where your sky dish is going etc. If going from garage to house use 4" wavin or the underground flexi pipe that the vacuum crowd use. Leave specific service points in your house that are easily sealed and do not interfere with other aspects of your build.

    450mm underground. Tha above Esb link relates to your cables going out the garden to your septic tank as well
