BT headset that will work on skype, viber etc

    hi gang,

    i bought a bt headset and it wasnt before i returned home with the headset did a i stop to think if it would actually work with skype and viber, and not just with regular phonecalls through my irish mobile provider.

    is there a way of getting a BT headset to work with skype/viber and other such VOIP telephony solutions?

    Hi,

    Viber does support most Bluetooth/headset devices in general. However, some are not supported, due to the restrictions within the phone itself (sometimes certain iPhone/Android features or external devices do not function smoothly with 3rd-party applications). We have fixed Viber in our lastest versions so MOST of the BT/headset devices can work, but unfortunately some others are just not fully compatible yet.
