i,ll keep it basic ...i own a house my ex is living in it for last 7 years with my daughter has since moved in her new partner asked them to start paying towards mortage as i was put on 3 day week, i,m married with a family and home now, the point is they never paid and i,m now €15000 in areas house is now in court for repossion which will take at least 4 months minimum every day i,m in more debt, i tried to surrender house but they won't take it till its vacant.... i,v asked them to leave but was abused and warned away then even told my dad 70year old to leave or else.. only paperwork is an agreement i made up for them to pay but they never kept to it.. , are they allowed just stay i can,t get near the house without trouble, she keeps using my daughter against me that i upset her.. where do i stand with them
