Drywall or not on a party wall??
I'm building up a floor-adding two bedrooms-on an existing extension. It's a terraced house, one of my neighbors has built up and his wall(party wall) will be the wall for one of the bedrooms. It's block on flat-I presume, Are there any benefits to adding a layer of drywall to the wall? The builder said he will just give it a coat of unibond and it will be okay, I'm thinking about sound, etc.
