Channel 4 etc bad signal

    We live an apartment with a shared communal dish. Recently got Sky installed(October) brand new HD box. Lately the signal on Channel 4 more 4 E4 etc. has been very mixed either clear pixelated or no signal. Some of the music channels also. Would this be an alignment problem? I would need to get on to the management company if it is.

    Had same problem with all the channel 4 channels, E4 +1 etc.. turned out to be interference caused by a new dect cordless phone, moved it, and now all is perfect...also check there is no WIFI router located near box also.
