How to make a image/video "bounce" to the beat on Windows 7

    Not sure where to put this so put it here.

    What im wondering is, how do people on youtube put up videos of a picture with a song playing over it, and the image bounces or moves to the beat of the song? Im on windows 7, so if anyone knows, what software would I need? Im guessing movie maker isn't sufficient?

    I only need it for my mix tape promos.
