    Hi Guys,

My valuation report went off yesterday.

I expect my full loan offer to arrive sometime next week.

Do I have 3 months from that date to close the sale?

The vendors want until the end of May.

    Thanks,

    Chrisp2281

When your full loan offer arrives it will have a time limit on it. Normally 3 months from date of issue.

First, if you get your loan offer, check carefully what the time limits are; don't suppose anything.

Second, within reason, the closing date is fixed by agreement between the buyer and seller. If the end of May suits you as well as the seller, go for it.
