Training area in south Dublin

I currently use the Rock Fitness gym in Dundrum and can use their hall if there is no class taking place at the time, however I would like something more consistent. Is there anywhere in the South Dublin area with an area that I could use for martial arts training? a gym with a large open area would be ideal.

    Thanks
