Upgrade a freeview tv to saorview ???

Hi I have two tvs that are freeview (2 years old and 3 years old) and when i hook up my aerial via coax cable on 1 tv i can get the radio/tv but the tv stations have text and sound but no picture. The other tv only pics up the radio and no tv stations. Im told this is mpeg2 or 3 and our system is mpeg4 - so is there a way…

You need Saorview boxes for these TV's its as simple as that.
