Have been to both, for me Cyprus every time. Turkey would be farr less expensive as Cyprus is now nearly a expensive as here.

If you want to be with the young crowd then Agia Napa is the place to go. For a more relaxed holiday then Limassol or Paphos. We go to Limassol ourselves but no choice off accommodation offered by tour operators here. We tend to book flights with with Falcon or Budget Travel and book our own apartment.

Yeah, no tour operators here have package holidays to Cyprus this early in season.
Only option is for you to book flights and accommodation yourself.
For flights from Dublin you could look at Lufthansa but flights are via Frankfurt. http://www.lufthansa.com/ie/en/Homepage
