Had local engineer install a sky dish a few years back and have been using free to air sky since. He also installed a connection to two other rooms in the house but obvviously one can only watch the same sky program in all three. Anyway I am now thinking of getting a sky package , probably one of the cheapest available with horse racing included. I know that the sky in the extra rooms is around 10 euro extra , and as I would probably be the only one watching it , I can't see the sense in paying that cost. Question , can I leave it as it is with a sky package and get new box installation etc :)
I could ask the original guy to do the installation as he may be registered with sky ? Appreciate any info please ?

You should be able to leave your old box to provide you with the Fta in one room and the new sky box in the other room, my advice would be to give the business to your previous installer who is more than likely a sky installer and he may even remember the setup of your house...
