    Lo All,
Just wondering what would be the largest size 700c tires that I would get on my Allez?
I currently have 23s but was wondering if 25s or 28s might fit? This is currently purely for thought. No plans to change the tires.

    Thanks in advance

28s fit. I had them for Paris-Roubaix last year *cough - namedrop - cough* :pac:

Thanks Lusk Doyle. Would a set of raceblade mud guards fit in there at the same time do you think?

My first thought would be doubtful...

The rear one does fit but the front won't with the turning of the front wheel causing the mudguard to catch on it and/or the down tube. Sit the rear one nice and high up on the stays.

He probably said something along the lines of "Those Belgians/Northern French/Really Southern Englanders are rather dim, one should think, for building shoddy "roads" like that in the first place"
