Painting matt white over mid sheen white??

Can I paint normal matt white on over mid sheen white paint? I have a tin of Zinnser BIN primer/sealer,so should I paint this on over the mid sheen 1st?? Would it then be ok to paint the matt white on?? Thanks.:)

Yes go ahead matt white straight onto it.no need for the bin primer.
