Alternative to Lyric FM?

I'm looking for an alternative to Lyric FM in the mornings. I used to love the Syrup Voiced Lady, she was great to wake up to. Then they got Marty Whelan in; he's not so great to wake up to. Then my hours changed so I'm getting up at 7:30 when the news is on, not music.

Is there another classical radio station that I could tune in to at waking up time?

BBC Radio 3 or ClassicFM (the British one) on cable/satellite or on-line.

There is no alternative. The tax payer has to pay a TV/Radio Tax for this sorry excuse of a classical staion. Our fellow Irishmen/women in the north East of this island(The United Kingdom part) have a choice of the superb Classic FM or BBC Radio 3.Thanks a bunch Collins,De Velera and the other useless nationalists gob5hites.

You're right. I'm sure if Dev and Mickey Collins knew that the standard of the classical music radio service provided to the Irish public would be diminished they never would have taken the GPO.
