i use flight radar pro. very good app, very detailed. it tells you the destination, speed, where abouts it departed, reg. plate, sometimes a picture of the aircraft, and the airline. Also a few more details. worth buying:D

Both plane finder and flight radar are great, but I find plane finder a little more reliable. It looks nicer with the new update, even if they did just rob their design from the JetBlue app. There's also plane finder AR (augmented reality- view thru camera) but I've never found that too good.

I have the flightradar 24 pro but it doesn't appear to give me the destination or departure. It's just blank. I'm not sure if it's a setting on mine that I need to adjust.

Yeah you should adjust your settings..

    Exit flight radar..
    Click app store..
And buy plane finder.. Sorted ;)

I've been a huge fan of Plane Finder and been using it for over a year and love it. As a result of this thread I downloaded FlightRadar24 for comparison yesterday.

Plane Finder looks better and has more features. However since the latest v3.0 I think its performance has got worse and can be very slow for zooming in and out. Also the automatic turning on of the history track can be a little annoying. Flight Radar 24 doesn't look quite as good or have as good coverage but is a little faster. Just my tuppence worth.
