Ryanair flight fares without taxes

Anyone know on which day of the week does Ryanair change fares. Just missed a flight which had no taxes and am wondering will this offer come up again??

Fares are updated in real time. No particular time. If lots of seats are booked and/or the rate at which they are being booked is high, fares will creep up. If these are low, fares may come down although if the flight is less than 2 weeks away fares are unlikely to go down.
