Road gear cable outer - what to use?

    Have started planning to upgrade some of my components from Tiagra to 105 and have started to acquire some of the bits while as CRC has em at good prices (ordered before I say the 5700 stuff in the for sale section :().

    Moving to 105 shifters means routing the gear cable under the tape, and it looks as if the existing cable outer will be too short. Looking on Wiggle, there seems to be a huge range of prices (and presumably quality), so I'd welcome suggestions for what I should go for.
