A friend is going to new zealand on a year working holiday visa, he was on a similiar one in australia 2 years ago, will he require a garda clearence cert before he applies for the visa.

A friend is going to new zealand on a year working holiday visa, he was on a similiar one in australia 2 years ago, will he require a garda clearence cert before he applies for the visa.

Any reason why he (or you) can't look this up online?
