Handbrake seized on 4000

Hi All I purchased a Ford 4000 pre-force today in good running order but handbrake seized solid, am told its like this as 10 years. I would like to get it working Again so would appreciate any advice on how to do it... Thanks

Lots of WD40 and keep tippin it with a hammer over the course of a week or soto see will it move anything, failing that blow lamp and heat it up at the seized joints and tipp away at it, there also a Wurth spray icebreaker i think its called its very good it breaks the seal of seized joints, pics of the 4000 please too, i miss not havin one at the mo!!!!
