Can anyone help me with this please? A picture would be excellent, there seems to be loads of info for later Mondeos but I cant find anything for a 98 1.9 TD. I found a great step by step tutorial on the Fordwiki:

    http://www.fordwiki.co.uk/index.php/EGR_Valve_and_Inlet_Manifold_Clearout_TDCi

But our engine looks nothing like that!

Would it be in the Haynes Manual for the car and how to take it out and clean it? Any help appreciated thanks.

Thanks a million Flyingsnail I don't actually have the car to check at the minute, is that the one I'm looking for? Bit clueless and stuck on the phone at the minute, sorry, I just want to check before I send the link to my flatmate to print, its the parents car not mine, thanks.

Can anyone confirm if a 1998 Ford Mondeo 1.9 TD is the same thing as a MK2 Mondeo diesel as posted in that link please?
