Offer for interview for a Recruitment Consultant position...

Out of the blue this morning I got a phone call asking me if I would be interested in a recruitment consultant position. Now, I never applied for this job, I applied months ago for an entirely different position. I'd never even thought about this as a career, but tbh when she mentioned the salary on offer and the potential for bonuses, there's no way I could say no to the interview. Now I've looked at the position on the company website and had a quick look at the company, but is there anything specfically that people are looking for in a recruitment consultant? I've some sales/marketing experience, but I wouldn't mind knowing what kind of stuff they might ask and if there are any stock Q&As with this type of position.

Also, she said that the salary would effectively double to €50,000+ if targets were met, which she reckons were very realistic. Now I obviously wouldn't know what they were, but is this kind of salary realistic for this position? TBH I don't know of many relatively recent grads getting this kind of money and I'm weary she's spoofing me. I'd appreciate any input here.

".....It's all about getting the bluff just right.....". That would be a great tag line for any Recruitment Company advertisement :D
