Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Why is fuel so expensive?

    Yesterday I saw petrol topping €1.62 per litre.

    Why is fuel the only thing I buy where the price changes to a large extent day by day?

    I reckon the middle east unrest has something to do with it, but in reality - I've no idea. I suspect it might go as high as €2 by the end of the year if Iran/Israel kicks off.

    No, every thing is taxed, I cant think of anything else that has increased in price so much in the last 3 years.
    Also tax doesn't account for the day-to-day variations?
