I've never claimed any tax back. I've been working the last 4 years on and off, so I registered with PAYE anytime. I logged on for the first time today and looking back through the years I have about 2000 for each one, but it says underneath it "claimed" does this mean I can't claim this money? I haven't received it.

What you are looking at is not money but tax credits. Tax credits are used to reduce the tax you pay on your wages through the year. If they say claimed, then they should have already been used against your income during 2008 to 2011. Refunds of tax are normally due when you cla additional tax credits or you were on the wrong basis of tax in a job or jobs.

It issues automatically to the address on file for you. If you had input your bank details, it would have gone to your bank account.

sorry to jump in here. I've a question on the ROS PAYE anytime. Its small so didn't see a need to create a new post.

How do you change your address on it? I've click on profile and can see my current address but there's no edit button or any way to actually update your address that I can see...

You can't change your address for security reasons. Just email your Local PAYE area with your pps, your old address and your new address.
