New Martial Arts "Tricking" Classes Opens in Cork

    Hi All,

    New tricking Classes have started at the RB Fitness Center, Dalton Street, Cork. Its just off Cornmarket St.
    The Gym area has fully matted flooring and crash mats.
    The instructor is a Graduado in Capoeira and a street dancer.

    The classes are a healthy mix of Extreme Martials Arts kicking & Gynmastics

    Monday 5-6pm
    Thursday 5-6pm
    Saturday 11-12am (Saturday class time might change if people and interested in a different time/times)

    Classes will cover all levels from Novice Up
