Boxing club for an adult?

    Hey, I'm looking for a club in the Dublin area that would take on a 23 year old... I was in a club for a year or so when I was in my mid-teens so I might be able to remember and catch on quick. I'm just looking for the directed high intensity workout and then a bit of sparring when I pick it up. Cheers.

    I think that their is white collar boxing training in the stadium on the south circular road, maybe someone here could confirm more about this.
