I was reading a little about Chaos, and I realise that period doublings are the bifurcation points.

What are undoublings? Or is this the correct term, perhaps another term is more widely used?

    Thank you

I looked up Wikipedia. I think your period doubling bifurbication leads a system from order to chaos.

There is something that is called a period halving bifurbication that leads a system from chaos to order. So I imagine this could be construed as an undoubling?

    Thank you Kohl.

    That may well be it.
