    Finally got my first road bike! A specialized Allez Elite

    I shall be keeping a training log as best I can in the log forum.

    Looking forward to getting going on it, once I get my CRC order delivered.

    In the meantime, I've set up the edge 500 bundle with HRM and cadence sensor.

    All working fine, except I noticed when I pressed reset on the cadence thingy, it flashed red as the pedal went by and green when the spoke magnet went by. However, after the initial few revolutions the green light didn't blink no more, but the red one did.

    Is this normal? Do I have to click reset every time I take the bike out?

    no that's normal, so you can see the sensors are working
