I hate aptitude tests so I'm no use to you - but if you want to practice try Googling 'aptitude tests' and it might help you to see what kind of things they ask you.

There are plenty of free aptitude tests available online, or there's a book available in Hodges Figgis called 'How to Pass the Civil Service Qualifying Tests' by Mike Bryon. ISBN: 978-0-7494-6179-9 It's based on the UK civil service aptitude tests, but there are loadsa practice questions in it. Hope that helps:)
